Terms of Service

1. The service

Revolt Wedding is a wedding planning platform: budget, guests and replies, timeline, vendors, seating, gallery, invitation card, mini-site and WhatsApp invitation sending. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Free to prepare, paid to send

• Everything can be prepared for free, with no time limit: the card carries a watermark and the mini-site stays in preview.
• A one-time payment, based on the number of guests, unlocks WhatsApp sending, putting the mini-site and personal link online, and the card without watermark. Options (premium templates, Revolt Instant, extra reminder, keeping the album) are paid separately.
• For wedding planners, a monthly subscription covers a number of weddings per year; it can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
• Cancellation rights under applicable law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, apply.

3. Your account

• You provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Planner accounts may manage weddings on behalf of clients, with their authorization.

4. Your content and your guests

You keep ownership of everything you upload (photos, guest lists, plans). You grant us the limited license needed to host and display it to you and the people you invite. By adding guests, you confirm you are entitled to share their details with us and, for WhatsApp sending, that they agreed to receive your messages.

5. Acceptable use

• No attempts to breach security, scrape data, or access other accounts' data.
• No spam or abusive messages through invitations, reminders or reply links; never advertising sent to guests.
• The service is for planning events, and nothing else.

6. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. WhatsApp sending also depends on Meta. Features evolve; any material change to a paid feature is announced in advance.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of our place of establishment. Disputes are brought before the competent courts of that place, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
